political funding in India

India is a country where legitimate political funding is not in practice excepting donations they receive. This leads to wide corruption and malpractices by political bosses most recent being IPL saga. since all are equally involved the issue is covered soon and public whose attention is diverted by emerging  new items in the news forget it easily. But it is high time this problem is solved legitimately  by funding law abiding political parties who strictly adhere to Indian Constitution  and follow the principles ruthlessly desist from dividing people on the basis of language, Religion, Caste, Creed etc.
