Is Silver more attractive than Gold

This is to reiterate my earlier contention that investing in silver is more attractive than investing in gold. People who have read my earlier blog on June 24^th may note that I have predicted appreciation of silver vs. gold.  At that time I did not imagine that extend of appreciation would go to the present level. Gold has reached $1300 level from 1250 then where as silver shot out to $22-23 level from $19 that time.  You can calculate percentage wise appreciation.  The rally is likely to continue in view of the persistent demand from China and people who have sufficient fund to spare should not miss this opportunity.

How to avoid divorces?

The best way to avoid divorce is not to marry.  But that is not a solution or remedy to the much discussed problem of divorce tendencies among the younger generation. So how to avoid divorces?  In certain cases even the middle aged or the older ones contemplate separation.   It is often said “ married in haste to repent at leisure”. It is true that people who make hasty decisions without proper assessment and case study land in trouble.  One should understand that he or she is making most vital decision of ones life time as it is not easy to change wife or husband as they change their motor vehicle

If a marriage occurs all for a wrong reason, the chances of it lasting longer are far remote. For example, if marriage were for mere sexual pleasure and to escape from controls it would be a failure. Similarly a marriage to legitimize a pregnancy or with undue influence and pressure is not likely to survive for long. Sometimes people enter into marriage for financial security without proper interest in the partner. Such marriages too would not last long.

The couple should have attained the age of maturity with a healthy mental and physical condition. Partners should be willing to share the life of each other with proper understanding. They should be ready to tolerate shortfalls of their partners and be always willing to help their partners to fulfill their desires. They should attain sound financial conditions enough for their own upkeep as well as for offspring.  If possible let the partner be from own community speaking same language. Cultural and racial diversity can lead to problems. It is better that couple may be of identical physical standard. And last but least they should be independent.

What is to be avoided to save marriages.

At no time partners should think about separation for individual pleasure and convenience.  They should never have prejudgments and find fault with each other. Never attribute responsibility for misfortunes to partner and own credit for success. They should never entrust the work of conciliation to a third party without communicating with each other. They should never lend their ears to rumors and give opportunity to neighbors and relatives to interfere into their daily life. They should never take up revenge. Avoid flirting and extramarital relations. The physiological reversal and guilty consciousness will drive away all charm from marriage.

In short it is always luck playing its role and if one is cautious and take into consideration above factors, it is possible to avert the misfortune and avoid a divorce.
